What is VPN?

The VPN service allows Victoria staff to access electronic resources from off-campus as if their personally owned computer were connected directly to the Victoria network.

Such resources include access to email, stored files, web publishing and some externally provided web content.

To take advantage of VPN you will need an Internet connection with an Internet service provider (ISP).
