Rugby Study Abroad - A Unique Kiwi Experience!
Victoria University of Wellington is excited at the prospect of being able to offer a study abroad experience that combines New Zealand’s strengths of its rugby culture and quality university education.
Men and women rugby players at all levels have the opportunity to enrol at Victoria University of Wellington for one or two trimesters and join the local club competition. You can indulge your passion in rugby while studying full-time at Victoria University. This programme is only offered for students coming in trimester 1 (February).

Rugby Study Abroad students take a normal course load with access to comprehensive and flexible courses across the different Faculties and are members of the Old Boys University Rugby Club, one of the oldest clubs in New Zealand. Students are presented with a complete package that includes tickets to elite games, membership of the top ranked sports gym in New Zealand and the chance to hone their skills playing in the best club rugby competition in the world.
