Returning International Students
Below are the admission and enrolment procedures for students who have already completed studies at Victoria. If you are unsure of which category you fall under, please contact us.
Note: If you completed your VUW degree earlier than 2005 you should apply for admission and enrol through Victoria International
Pre-Degree Programmes (EPP or Foundation Studies) students applying for undergraduate studies
Apply through Victoria International
Apply for admission through Victoria International (see process outlined in the 8 Step Guide). After gaining admission you will receive information about International Orientation and Enrolment.
Undergraduate students applying for postgraduate studies (course-work)
Apply through the Online Enrolment System
Online Enrolment System
If you have completed an undergraduate degree at Victoria and are applying for a course taught postgraduate study (e.g. Honours, Graduate Diploma, Masters by coursework) you can now gain admission and enrol using the online enrolment system, rather than reapplying through Victoria International. You do not need to attend International Orientation.
Undergraduate/postgraduate students applying for postgraduate studies (thesis)
Apply through your Faculty Office
If you have completed study at Victoria and are applying for thesis based programmes (e.g. Master of Arts, Master of Commerce and Administration, Master of Architecture) you should apply and enrol through your Faculty Office, rather than reapplying through Victoria International. You do not need to attend International Orientation.
Postgraduate students (Masters) applying for PhD
Apply through the Faculty of Graduate Research
PhD applications are now managed by the Faculty of Graduate Research. You will need to make an application through them.
