New Students' Orientation 22 - 26 February 2010
New Students' Orientation helps all new students with their transition to life and study here at Victoria.
The many events will help you:
- to familiarise yourself with Victoria
- to meet other students in your classes
- get yourself set up for computing, using the Library, brushing up your study skills, etc - before classes start
- have some fun
In February, it is a week-long programme held the week before classes start. You will probably need to spend more than one day on campus to attend events. Visit the Orientation website for more info about the variety of events.
To help find out everything you need to know as a new student to Victoria - read the New Student Guide 2010 online. If you would like a hard copy posted to you email address, put NSG in the subject line and supply your name and postal address.
VUWSA (your Students’ Association) offers the social Orientation programme held during the first week of Trimesters 1 and 2. For more information visit the VUWSA website.
New Students' Orientation - for new students starting in Trimester 2 - is a one day programme which will be held on 9 July.
