Search by Name and Simple Text Search
You can search by first and last names; phone extension; position (e.g. Professor); school or unit (e.g. School of Music); and building (e.g. Rutherford House).
TIP - The Staff Directory allows a fuzzy search on names – if you are having trouble finding a person, try entering a few of letters of both their first and last name – for example, entering “Sara” and “M” for Sarah Morse, will also bring up Sarah Proctor-Thomson.
You can choose to view your results by school or department, by selecting ‘People by School/Unit’ in the ‘SHOW’ drop down box.

You can search for a contact within a school or unit – type your search into the School/Unit search field.
You can then choose to display the names
By last name
By School/Unit
Main Office Number
This allows you to sort your results to how you would like to view them, i.e obtain a main office number, or to pull a list of an entire Department/School/Unit – which can then be printed (see below)

Indicates the staff member has a Standard University Mobile phone number, which is 027 563 XXXX - the last 4 digits being the same as their University Extension.
Indicates the staff member has a Non-Standard University Mobile phone number - click on the icon to link through to a secure page which lists these numbers. You can only access this page from within the University network.
