5. Receive Your Offer of Study

You will receive an Offer of Study, or Conditional Offer of Study and a Fees Assessment. Ensure you:

  • Check conditions and messages.
  • Accept as soon as possible, before the deadline given.
  • Apply to Studylink if planning to pay fees by loan (may take 4-6 weeks to process).
Conditional Offer of Study

Your Offer of Study will be conditional if:

  • We have not yet received your documentation. You should submit all documentation as soon as possible to avoid your enrolment application being cancelled.
  • You have been declined entry to courses. You should select different courses using the Accept with Changes option on your Offer. Return your Offer and the changes will be considered. Contact your Faculty Student Administration Office if you need advice.
  • Your admission has not been approved. This may be because we are waiting for your documentation or information such as NCEA results, or because your admission has been waitlisted. You should accept your Offer as soon as possible and we email you once an admission decision has been made.

A conditional Offer of Study does not mean you have been accepted to study at Victoria University.

6. Finalise Your Enrolment

If you receive a Confirmation of Study:

  • you are now a Victoria University student
  • fees are due and are to be paid in full by 5.00pm on the Friday prior to the start of your course.

To pick up your Student ID card your fees must be paid or your Student Loan confirmed.
