Victoria University of Wellington is committed to being an environmentally responsible organisation. As well as leading climate change research and teaching, we are actively working towards reducing our own environmental impact with support from our staff and students. Campus Services is the area of the University that is responsible for managing campus sustainability.

What is happening already?

Victoria University is developing an Environmental Action Plan based on three key areas of improvement:

• reducing waste
• encouraging sustainable transport use
• becoming more energy efficient
