A survey of the origins and histories of New Zealand and its peoples from the beginnings of human settlement to the present. Topics covered include Maori-European encounters and conflicts, politics and identities, changes in everyday life, and the shifting relations between New Zealand and the Pacific, Australasian and British worlds. 100% internal assessment.
