There are a range of awards and scholarships available to students at the Wellington Faculty of Health.
Scholarships Office
The Scholarships Office maintains the Scholarships Database, a comprehensive database listing all available scholarships with criteria, value, tenure and closing dates. Most application forms can be downloaded from this database. For best results when searching the database, keep the search terms broad.
The Scholarships Office also welcomes enquiries from students and staff. Please contact them by email or drop in to 10 Kelburn Parade.
Deans list
The Dean’s List is published annually to recognise excellence in academic achievement for those students enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme at Victoria University of Wellington. A list of all past recipients can be found here

Wellington Faculty of Health Dean's Prize
The prize was established in 2017 through the generous support of Gregor and Heather Coster. The prize recognises the academic excellence of students pursuing a Bachelor of Health degree and further encourages the pursuit of careers in different health services.
There will be three annual prizes awarded; one to a student in first year, one to a student in second year and one to a student in third year of the Bachelor of Health degree.

School of Health Award in Workplace Health and Safety
Provides an annual award to the best student in Workplace Health and Safety. This award is assessed on academic grades and judged by the Head of the School of Health. Students need to have completed a minimum of two courses from HLWB 507-512 in the relevant award year to be eligible.
$100 book voucher subject to available funds.
