Profile

Phoebe joined the Health Services Research Centre as a research fellow in May 2017, having previously worked as a researcher in the policy team at The King’s Fund in London, UK. She is a qualitative researcher with a particular interest in health sector policy and reform, integrated care and primary health care services.

Phoebe is a tutor on the Bachelor of Health ‘Introduction to Health Policy and Services’ module (HLWB 104).

Current Projects

Exploring the development and impact of changes in community pharmacy services. This is a Health Research Council funded piece of realist evaluation research, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore how new models of community pharmacy services are being implemented in New Zealand and their contribution to primary health care service delivery, health, and health system outcomes in New Zealand (PI Jackie Cumming, VUW).
