Doctoral Degrees at Victoria
Victoria University awards three different doctoral degrees:
- The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) is the highest degree awarded by the University for independent research conducted under academic supervision.
- Victoria awards Professional Doctorates in Musical Arts (DMA) and in Government (DGov).
- The Higher Doctorate is the University’s highest qualification and is awarded for a substantial body of published work.
