The Wellington Global Exchange team can help you with your student exchange questions. Find out about our information sessions and drop-in hours.
Information sessions
During Trimesters 1 and 2 (teaching time), we offer student exchange information sessions every Thursday at 12.50pm in EA235, Kelburn campus.
We also offer an Architecture/Design information session at Te Aro Campus on the first Friday of each month at 12.50pm in VS220 (not held from Dec - Feb).
Come along to get your questions answered. We recommend you attend an information session before visiting us during drop-in hours.
Drop-in hours - Kelburn
Drop in to see us at EA207, Kelburn campus at the following times during Trimesters 1 and 2 (during teaching time only):
- Tuesday, 1–3 pm
- Thursday, 2–4 pm
Drop-in hours - Pipitea
Drop in to see us at RH505, Pipitea Campus on Wednesdays from 1–3 pm during Trimesters 1 and 2 (during teaching time only):
Drop-in hours - Te Aro
Drop in to see us at VS127, Te Aro Campus on the first Friday of each month from 2–4 pm (not held from Dec - Feb).
Outside of these times, appointments are available on request so please email us at student-exchange@vuw.ac.nz to set something up (online or at any of the above campuses).
