Application for Official Academic Record

This form is used to order an official academic transcript or record of your study at Victoria University College of Education. The official academic record for qualifications completed from the Wellington College of Education prior to 2005 will be a verified copy. You are likely to need an official transcript if you are transferring to another tertiary institution. It is also useful for seeking overseas teacher registration.
