Special Topic: Fundamentals of European Union Law

This course examines the basic foundations and tenets of European Union law including treaties that form the basis of the Union; significant institutions such as the European Parliament; European Commission and European Court of Justice, and fundamental principles of European Union Law, particularly the principles of free movement of persons, capital and trade. This course is co-taught with LAWS 534
