Senior Lecturer

Diana Burton teaches archaic art and myth, and researches thanatology, in the Classics programme of Victoria University of Wellington.

Diana is currently writing a book on the evasion of death in early Greek myth.

Diana Burton’s research speciality is immortalisation in archaic Greek myth.

She is also editing the proceedings of the 'Good Deaths, Bad Deaths' conference, held in London, July 2003, to be published as a BICS supplement.
