Conference Introduction
This conference brings leading China scholars together for a one and half day international conference on the Chinese Model of Modern Economic Development and Social Transformation, or normally referred to as the China model. The conference will have 6 panels led by a conference roundtable with presentations by international academics. The conference is opened by Deputy Prime Minister Hon Bill English with a keynote speech.
