There may be more than one studio per week, so carefully check the timetable. If you are enrolled in the following courses in the first trimester you will need to sign up for ‘streams’ so please ensure that you sign up for your studio/tutorial/labs sessions as soon as you can.
These "Sign up" sheets will be in the Atrium of the Te Aro Campus from Monday 22nd of February. Allocations are done on a "first in, first served, basis", with absolute limits on the number accepted into each group. If you are unsure what to do, there will be student helpers floating around during your orientation to answer any questions that you may have. Our student administration is part of the Faculty of Architecture and Design, our office is located on the ground floor of Te Aro Campus (on Vivian Street), directly opposite from the entrance off Dunlop Terrace. Student enquiries are welcomed from 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday through to Friday. You can come to see us with any questions might have. Student Advisers are your first point of contact for things like admission requirements, degree planning, changing courses and transfer of credit from other tertiary institutions. They also deal with enrolment, organise exams and maintain student records. The advisers will provide administrative support throughout your study. For continuity of personal service, please contact one of our student advisers Hillary Reid or Sou Chea. We also have the Associate Dean (Students) who is available for help with academic programmes and with any other issues which may prevent you from achieving your full potential at university.
