Study

Staff at the Antarctic Research Centre (ARC) contribute to the teaching of a variety of earth science courses. Other courses in the University also have some Antarctic content.
For a good overview of Antarctica, the best undergraduate course is ESCI 132: Antarctica: Unfreezing the Continent.
ESCI 201: Climate Change and NZ's Future summer course looks at varying aspects of climate change and the implications to New Zealand.
Postgraduate study opportunities are available with many academic staff. Please contact the staff member directly for more information.
