Wai-te-ata Apartments are located on the edge of the Kelburn campus. The 12 fully furnished, self contained apartments provide accommodation for 54 senior students (not school leavers). Priority is given to International students.

Hall Payments
Fees quoted are for 2012.
There are 38 weeks in an academic year.
The accommodation fees are payable to the hall in advance in quarterly instalments. If you do not have a New Zealand guarantor, you must pay for each trimester upfront.
Accommodation fee includes all electricity, heating and water charges. Bedlinen is supplied. (Residents supply own towels.)
Note: There is an extra charge for heavy use of electricity and internet.

Location
Located next to Kelburn campus with extensive views from most communal areas over Wellington city and harbour. Pipitea and Te Aro campuses and the city centre are within 10-20 minutes walk.

General Information
- The Hall is managed by the Head of Hall, University Hall group and a Residential Assistant lives on site.
- Wai-te-ata Apartments are also available for Summer residency.
- All buildings are non-smoking.
