105 self-contained apartments housing 301 residents. Each apartment has a common lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There are:

• 91 three-bedroom apartments

• 14 two-bedroom apartments

Hall Payments

Fees quoted are for 2012.

There are 38 weeks in an academic year.

The accommodation fees are payable to the hall in advance in quarterly instalments. If you do not have a New Zealand guarantor, you must pay for each trimester upfront.

Note: Rate includes heating, but not other electricity, and moderate internet.

Facilities

• All apartments have a free communal telephone with free local calls. Calling cards are needed for national, international and cellphone calls.

• All bedrooms have 2Gb free per week of fast broadband. Printing access is available through the office.

• Common area with SKY TV, DVD and board games room; music room with piano, games room with table-tennis and pool tables, study room and a fully equipped gym.

• All apartments have their own washers and dishwasher.

• Residents are responsible for cleaning their own apartment. Contract cleaners are responsible for cleaning common areas.

• No off-street parking available. Bike storage is available in the building.

• Four apartments are designed for students who have disabilities and/or require wheelchair access.
