Faculty of Architecture and Design—Te Aro campus

The Faculty of Architecture and Design’s Vivian Street buildings are being reconfigured and strengthened.

At the beginning of 2015 the entrance was relocated from the north western corner to the centre of the building facing Cobblestone Park—allowing easier access and better integration with the park.

The Library, computer rooms and study areas on the ground floor have been refurbished.

The administration area was completed in September 2015.

The project is staged over several years and includes redesign of the library, computer rooms, informal and group study areas and improvements to the lecture theatres and studios.
