About University Hall

University Hall flats and houses are owned by the Crown and/or Victoria University of Wellington and are managed by VUW as a Hall of Residence for international students. University Hall manages Wai-te-ata Apartments, and the self-catered houses and flats, which are collectively known as Te Kotahinga. These houses and flats are located at both ends of the main Kelburn campus.

University Hall has a small number of flats and suitable for small families or individuals needing wheelchair access.
